We are informed that approximately 51.88 hectares (128 acres) forms a forestry plantation. The forestry was initially planted in 1997. Approximately 41.74 hectares was destroyed and replanted in 2004.

The plantation contains the following:

* Sitka Spruce 42.74 hectares.
* Japanese Larch 7.9 hectares.
* Broadleaves 2.25 hectares.
